| Marketing in a Global Community: Strategic Implementation Analysis.
We shall complete our 5 business' reviews by incorporating our analyses so far into a Strategic Implementation of our chosen 'Global Marketing Strategy (GMS) for accessing new products for our market (dealers) or for opening new markets for our products (manufacturers).
Strategic Implementation Analysis
To date, we have considered five 'marketing at work' topics; namely
Strategic Analysis: understanding where we are now.
Capability: understanding what we can do.
Product / Service: understanding what we offer.
Environment: understanding and appreciating our commercial universe.
Market: understanding our unique place in the commercial supply chain.
Implementation: understanding, what, why, when, how & where to move. Forward with our Global Marketing Strategy (GMS).
Our five working & our summary toolkits serve as a dynamic formula for moving our product overseas or for bringing products in from overseas. There are 100 criteria by which we can judge our preparedness and our ability to implement our GMS. The critical outcomes and benefits from working the toolkits is to discover and realize our Core Competences, our Competitive Advantages and our unique potential for Strategic Fit with our current and future trading partners.
