| Marketing in a Global Community: Product / Service Analysis.
We continue this month with the 2nd of our 5 business analyses by considering the prospective 'channel strategic fit' of our own unique product / service with those supplied by our new channel partner/s. Harmonizing strategic fit, is a pre-requisite and an essential building block in creating our chosen 'Global Marketing Strategy' for accessing new products for our market (dealers) or for opening new markets for our products (manufacturers).
Product / Service Analysis
Our core subject matter this month develops and expands our understanding of the principle of 'channel strategic fit' required to produce sustainable, profitable, synergistic outcomes from our future new channel partner relationships.
The traditional process of product / service channel marketing development considers the anticipated potency and ultimate resilience of the three interlinked marketing strategy management processes of 1) Strategic Analysis, which involves understanding and appreciating our organizations, environments, resources and competences. 2) Strategic Choice, which involves selecting the best route forward from all of our optimized choices after taking into account all available and expendable resources, competences and opportunities. 3) Strategic Implementation, which involves translating our chosen strategy into action.
Our product / service toolkit this month goes significantly further than the traditional model (described above), as we shall be specifically utilizing the latest concepts described within the emerging field of 'Strategy Maps'. This new business planning procedure endeavors to firmly and effectively align our core value creation processes of 1) Operations. 2) Customers. 3) Innovation. 4) Regulatory and Social processes with our often underutilized resources for mobilizing our 1) People. 2) Information & 3) Organization capital.
Working together 'strategy management processes and maps' provide an unique insight into the best and most effective method for harmonizing product and service supply between and by any channel partner combination.
Apply to PrintMediaPartners today (details below) for your personalized one page 'Product / Service Analysis Toolkit', (in MS Word format) which will be 1) supplied for completion and then 2) followed up with recommendations on how to improve and then develop your own portfolio of unique business capabilities; now and in the future.
