| Marketing in a Global Community: Capability Analysis.
During the five months of this series of articles our purpose is to lay the foundations for both dealers and manufacturers to 'organically' grow their respective product and service portfolios. Each month, we shall offer a) an outline of the scope of each analysis and b) offer access to a specially designed 'working toolkit' which can be individually applied by each company to help and to guide them towards establishing their own GMS or 'Global Marketing Strategy', which will itself enable them to work more effectively with both their current and their prospective suppliers / clients; wherever they are based in the world.
Our 'working toolkits' consists of five practical business analyses (one each month) namely 1) Capability. 2) Product / Service. 3) Environment and 4) Market, leading to 5) Review and Implementation of your chosen 'Global Marketing Strategy' for professionally accessing new products for your market (dealers) or for opening new markets for your products (manufacturers).
Capability Analysis
Businesses today need to have a clear and detailed understanding of their capabilities, both those that are historical and commonly deemed to be inherent and those, which are learnable and deemed necessary for future progress.
Using our specially created 'capability analysis toolkit', you will be able to blend historical and learnable capabilities together into a matrix for progressing forwards towards accessing and realizing the potential of new products and / or markets for your own unique business.
Apply to PrintMediaPartners today for your personalized one page 'Capability Analysis Toolkit', ( in MS Word format) which will be 1) supplied for completion and then 2) followed up with recommendations on how to improve and then develop your own particular business capabilities; now and in the future.
